Welcome to the Center for Cadet Counseling

As you move through the years at VMI, you may encounter times that seem to be stressful or difficult to handle. All areas of your life, personal, physical, emotional, and academic can be impacted by the stressors that are encountered daily. While stress and difficult circumstances are normal life experiences, not everyone reacts to stress the same way. An indication of strength and maturity is acknowledging the need for assistance when stress seems exceptional or overwhelming.

VMI’s Center for Cadet Counseling provides a confidential space for all cadets to explore concerns. Privacy Policy
