In order for a student to take a required course at another school over the summer, that student must first have completed the course at VMI and received a D. [Required ECBU courses are listed above with EC or BU and a course number.] Any course not taken at VMI must be approved, before taking the course, by the Department Head.

For all economics and business courses taken in this curriculum, a minimum of 2.0 average must be attained.

The following courses must be completed with a grade of C or higher: BU 210, 211, 220, 230, 310, 316, 330, 339, 440; EC 201, 202, 203, 300, 304, 330; and either (MA 106 & 126) or (MA 123 & 124).
