ⓘ The Jackson House Museum Store and Exhibit Gallery will reopen on March 1, 2025.

While the historic Jackson House itself will be temporarily closed for maintenance, it is scheduled to reopen by April 1, 2025. During March, while guided tours of the house are unavailable, visitors can enjoy engaging talks in the garden led by our interpretation team. These free talks will explore the lives of Thomas and Anna Jackson and the rich history of the house. Additionally, all guests will receive complimentary access to our self-guided tour videos, providing visitors the opportunity to still see the rooms while the house is closed. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue our efforts to preserve the house for future generations.

It's time to treat yourself! The Jackson House Museum Shop carries a number of items that relate to Jackson, his life, the Civil War, and life in Lexington, Virginia.
