Summer internships have always been an option for Cadets seeking professional experience. Our hope is that alumni and a wide variety of employers will offer gratifying and educational opportunities for VMI Cadets. We are now posting internship opportunities on Handshake.

Recruiting and Interviewing on Campus (Post)

Employers are invited to recruit for full-time positions and internships on Post throughout the academic year:

  • Fall semester - October through mid-November
  • Spring semester - February through April

VMI currently hosts two Career Fairs each academic year; one during the fall semester and one in the spring semester. 

The next Career Fair will be held on Oct. 9th in Marshall Hall from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration will open in June. We look forward to seeing you on post!
