Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Virginia Military Institute, an NCAA Division I and Southern Conference member, is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Women's Soccer Coach.

The successful candidate will assist with organizing and directing all phases of the Women's Soccer program to include:

• Recruitment of student-athletes.
• Coordination of team travel and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Women's Soccer Coach while following the guidelines for VMI and NCAA.
• Instruct student-athletes in playing techniques and skills, the subtleties of game rules and collaborative team drills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Significant coaching experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching and recruiting at the college or university level desired.
