Assistant Diving Coach

Viriginia Military Institute is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Diving Coach.

The successful candidate will assist with organizing and directing all phases of the Assistant Diving Coach program to include:

• Recruitment of student-athletes.
• Coordination of team travel and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Swimming and Diving Coach while following the guidelines for VMI and NCAA.
• Instruct student-athletes in diving techniques and skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Significant coaching experience.

Additional Consideration:

• Experience in coaching and recruiting at the college or university level desired.
