Career Readiness

Almost every career that exists can also be found within the Air Force and Space Force, and Air Force ROTC prepares young men and women to take on many of these new and exciting roles as military officers.  With over 40 officer career field opportunities in the Air and Space Forces, it won’t be just any job that our graduates take upon leaving the detachment.  Our goal has always been to transform these exceptional men and women into military officers with the skills to lead and succeed from day one.  Upon entering active duty, this distinguished group gets hands-on experience in leadership and continues to build upon the foundation that AFROTC has given them.  Officers are the leaders within the United States military, and our program is proud to produce the next generation of Air and Space Force officers from a variety of backgrounds, talents, aptitude, interests, and academic majors.
